Rebecca Brizi, of R G Brizi, examines businesses to discover what special components they bring to the table and builds a plan for all those separate ingredients to function well together. Since 2017, Rebecca has worked freelance providing consulting, planning, and process creation for small and medium sized businesses who are establishing their market, pursuing new growth strategies, or simply have to get in control of their many moving parts.

- Last week a listener asked us the question, “Why should I connect with every person who connects with me on LinkedIn?” Our answer- you shouldn’t, necessarily. Examine why you’re on LinkedIn- where are you now and where you want to be in 5 to 10 years. If a potential connection is someone you could do business with, now or in the future, or, if they could bring business to you, accept the connection. Otherwise, it isn’t necessary.
