Lisa Fitzgerald, Partner at Lander & Rodgers, joins us to discuss the recent Federal Court ruling on cyber practices in financial services. We ask Lisa what it means for cybersecurity regulation, blockchain and digital assets. Lisa also explains her term “Splitchain”, and how it’s helping to strengthen the commercialisation of blockchain.
