Today we are talking about the topic of grief with our very own Amber Jeffery, host of the podcast the Grief Gang. I wanted to have Amber join us because grief is one of the few universal experiences. It is impossible to live and never grieve and it makes the taboo around grief both confounding and tragic. So in a time where people need to be seen, heard, and supported, and too often feel alone, we wanted to open up a space to share some of our experiences with you and in Ambers words "make you feel part of a gang you never asked to be part of".
