In Episode 2, we look at the beliefs around meat as the only source of protein. We want to find out how we can introduce meat alternatives to benefit our health and wellbeing.

We ask about the nutritional qualities in meat products that are valuable to our diet, other sources of protein, how much protein should teens eat every day, and for the vegetarians or vegans, what do they need to consider to support their nutritional requirements.
