Have you ever noticed how everyone loves sharing their successes? It's that rush when things are popping off, and you're riding the wave of momentum—there's nothing quite like it. But what about when things don't go as planned? When programs don't fill up, or the accolades don't roll in? It can sting, right? I've been there, and I recently opened up about it on IG.
In this episode, I want to talk about why it's so important to normalize acknowledging our "failures" just as much as our successes—and how to stay certain through it all.
