"I don´t need a break, it only takes time away, and moreover I will loose my progress". Although it might seem that this person is very disciplined and we might feel guilty we don´t do the same, the exact opposite is the case. If we remain trapped in the tunnel and the only light we can see is the one that still is so far away, we will soon lack positivity. The path is long, and if we can´t enjoy it at all, there will be no willpower strong enough to resist giving up.

Today we will bring many little sparks together to light the way still in front of us, to both learn from them and take motivation to continue seek for the end of the tunnel.
