Sometimes it’s easy to evaluate the do’s and don’t’s of what’s happening on the outside, but have we taken inventory of what’s going on with our mind and spirit? We’re having a great conversation with Certified Life and Wellness Coach Kashanna Hale where we are exploring what it means to be well and to live well. We all set goals, but those can be short-term. We want to strive for balance and alignment and perhaps what you need to get started is not only a FreshStart summer, but a fresh way of thinking.
