Yes, welcome to Series 3 of my Podcast as I start off with a new title and theme for the Podcast...

The great Albert Einstein is broadly credited with exclaiming “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”.  

The individual has to be willing to make decisions and plan for a different life based upon their own unique circumstances. So I have changed the look and feel of the Podcast I hope you like it.
