In this episode, I take a look at some metabolism killers that can affect us all in our daily lives and discuss some simple workarounds that can help you improve in the short and long term. I am looking at this from my own perspective as an Outreach Teacher who does a lot of travelling around schools but all of these simple tips can be applied by anyone to their own daily routine.
I discuss:
I present these as simple starting points for us all to assess and hopefully through implementation increase our base daily metabolism and subsequently regulate blood sugar levels, our break down of body fat, decrease cortisol production, stress less and maintain a healthy weight.
