I this episode I track a typical day with a look at work I'm doing with individuals and groups of children. I also set out an extra evenings twilight session and how it links to my support work and I look at the thinking behind the support work and the ultimate ends that we try to achieve with each individual.

This episode, particularly the Science of the Survivor slot, gives an insight into how the work that I do in schools with children is equally applicable in an adult context around the whole area of wellness and work-life balance.
