in 2018, I lost 96 pounds, 86 on Keto. I have since gained back 50 of it, but it isn't because keto doesn't work. It's because I've been inconsistent and I've been diet hopping. I have also gone from a twice a day exerciser to a bit of a couch potato. I've committed, once again, to a keto lifestyle and thought I'd bring you along on the journey.
