Amberleigh sits down with her half-brother, Clay, in Rosemary Beach, FL, to discuss his view on health. His answers unveil something unexpected...that the healthiest thing...is the unhealthiest thing and that health can be found in the most surprising ways.

She asks him a series of questions surrounding health and his answers kept going back to similar themes: presence, contentment, and mindset. Other things that came into focus were community, letting go, nature, and going back to the basic, simple things. But, most importantly, the healthiest person he knows...is really mean!

Amberleigh touches on the importance of relics, destinations, people, and their energies that can serve as a touchstone for health, and that Clay is proving her theory: that health is not always found in the biohacking and intense focus on "getting healthy"...that health is something within that we can access in simple ways. And that sometimes, the healthiest thing is the unhealthiest thing!
