Happy Black History Month! I guess I can be just super simple and say that the "Only" this is about forcing yourself out of your comfort zone, whatever that may be for you. All possibility lies outside your comfort zone.

To truly appreciate the commonalties – you have to appreciate common experiences. If you don’t have common experiences – it’s nearly impossible to see someone else’s side of the story – to understand where they are coming from. You can’t walk a mile in someone’s shoes if you not willing to put on the shoes. Got it?
