Chris Burt, Editor at the Biometrics Research Group Inc, joins us to discuss the now billion-dollar industry of biometrics. Chris calls on vendors to ‘know their role’ when communicating to ensure there’s transparency in messaging, and gives his predictions for the market for 2022 and beyond. 

“When it comes to getting the message right, getting past some of these controversies, we need to be able to differentiate better between what's really happening and what's not. And so, there's going to have to be a real concerted effort, I think, from the industry.”
