The Practice: Heart Coherence Breath

Anna walks you through this practice in the episode. Here's the foundation:

Inhale through your nose for 5–6 seconds — breath expanding into the abdomen first, then rising into the chest. Exhale through your mouth for 5–6 seconds — releasing completely, softening the jaw, the shoulders, the belly.

Repeat for 3–5 minutes. Place a hand over your heart if it feels right. Let your nervous system settle. Let your field steady. Let yourself arrive.

This is how you become the anchor.
