For the last episode in season 3 I thought I'd really switch it up. With Memorial Day this week I decided to post this interview with my grandpa, Charles E. Uhrig Jr. He was drafted into the army at 17 years old and never finished high school. These are his memories from his time serving in WWII. From reporting to duty to fighting across Europe. This was recorded in 2017, he passed away in 2020 at 96 years old.
