Chad Lang, Ed.D., is the Assistant Superintendent of School Improvement & Human Resources at Glenwood Community School District in Iowa. He has a decade of experience in standards-based/referenced grading and is a sought-after speaker and consultant in school district grading practices. Dr. Lang's writing has been published in academic journals including, Phi Delta Kappan, and he hosts an educational podcast, "Learning with Interesting People". Dr. Lang has a forthcoming book with co-author Dr. Matt Townsley for a fall 2023 release from Rowman and Littlefield, Being Clear About What Matters:  A Parents' Guide to Grading and Reporting.
