It is a delight to welcome my guest today, Dr Heather McKee, who is a leading behaviour change expert. Her mission is to offer an evidence-based sustainable alternative to an industry saturated with quick fixes. In this episode, we spoke about what a habit is, why so many of us struggle with habit formation, and advice on building healthy, sustainable habits. We discussed how we can tailor our environments to help us in achieving our goals in the long term, which included choosing bitesize habits which pass the giggle test, and the importance of practicing kindness and self-love, choosing activities we enjoy, and much more!
