Programmes:
1:1: I work one-to-one with mums-to-be and new mums, in their first 1-2 years postnatally. I have different levels of packages to suit different needs. I work together with my clients to identify what is at the root of whatever symptoms they may be experiencing. Testing is often helpful to inform some of the dietary and lifestyle changes that will help and I use coaching to support my clients in making those changes.
Group programmes. I will also be running group programmes this year – I feel these can be invaluable because there is a strong element of community and peer support which mums needs and definitely benefit from. If people download my free ebooks and sign up to my newsletter, they will definitely receive info on these programmes when the time comes.
Freebies
People can jump on my website and have a peruse. I will be adding more blogs soon.
I have a couple of freebies on there, one for pregnant mamas and one for new mamas. These focus really on how to eat to support your body in these two phases because getting the food right is an important foundation.
You can also book a 30 minute mini consultation!
