This episode we have Stacey a former teacher, who stepped away from her career, to support her son Nolan through significant behavioral and emotional challenges. Her journey showcases resilience, advocacy, and the transformative power of finding the right educational placement. She shares about

- Traumatic femur break at age 2½ that may have triggered fight-or-flight responses
- Severe emotional dysregulation beginning in kindergarten

- Aggressive behaviors toward staff and peers
- Multiple school suspensions and placement changes
- Recent trauma disorder diagnosis
After 21/2 years of missed education due to behavioral struggles and multiple failed placements, they finally transferred to an Emotional Disability Classroom.
