We know, its happened countless times. You find this person that seems to inspire you. There's usually something charismatic about way they talk, the way they walk, or the way they light up the room. It just seems like their life is flawless...then boom, you find out the dirty truth. The scandalous details of disappointment. Sadly, all is not what it seemed to be. But when you think about it, this all too common phenomenon, this firmiliar fall from grace, is exactly why we can't sew all of our faith in men. The bottom line is... there are plenty of great leaders in the world but when push comes to shove...they're really just men and women with the same struggles you and I have. So don't be discouraged by their failure or their exposed moments of weakness...instead just understand that our faith must reside primariliy in a father that has never let us down...yeah you know the one.
