In this episode I sat down with one of my favourite people Ade Adeniji. I first met Ade at the Bridge Retreat, last year where we hit if off immediately. He is one of the wisest people I know and so I just had to get him on the podcast.

Ade is a coach, consultant, and founder of The Quest a company that helps gay men better understand and transform the relationships they have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
