On the Thursday No Filter show: Joe begins with a topic that is interesting, and brought up originally by AJ Johnson on Wednesday’s Bleacher Brothers show on No Filter. Joe understands AJ’s point. No two people have the same musical tastes. Joe thinks “Dancing on My Own” is a catchy song and will unite a fan base, but sometimes reading the lyrics can give a different perspective or purpose.

Someone tried to bring an “emotional support” alligator to Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday night. Joe thinks this was crazy, and sports needs to also stop “Bark at the Park” days as well. What’s the real purpose of bringing a dog to a baseball game?

Bryce Harper was ejected from Thursday night’s game by Angel Hernandez, because well, he’s Angel Hernandez. In Harper’s fit going back to the dugout, a fan got his helmet that he threw into the crowd.

The Rays celebrated getting into the playoffs in the only way the Rays can…10 days after they clinched. Why not? They play the game a little bit differently.
