Sheriff Paulk put out his packet of findings this week as he re-closed the Kendrick Johnson Case.    Paulk had agreed to re-open the case a year ago and once again comb over the Kendrick Johnson case file.   After what Paulk says was an exhaustive examination, he again ruled KJ's death an accident.
