Welcome to Create Shift season3 or, the Summer season. This season is different to those that have come before in that there's only one episode. Yup, this is it for the Summer season of Create Shift. Why? Well, I explain in the episode but in a nutshell it's because it's Summer. And, to me, Summer is about creating space in my life so that I can frolic outside more (ie be behind a computer less). So, enjoy this episode which is me riffing on Summer seasonal living and sharing some Ayurvedic wisdom on the subject.
