We've all seen how going through that first round, and you're always going to find something that may be working wrong anywhere between 25 to 30% percent because it's impossible to be perfect. It's critical to make sure that you have those checks and balances and assess where you're at and figure out if you have a problem as soon as you can. ✔️ Almost often, the plan you create on Day 1 of the system implementation will change over time. Being realistic is critical when things change and knowing how to deal with that. The key is to constantly monitor it to make sure you're hitting those milestones in your BC/NAV system and performing the way it needs to do. ✔️ Maximize the feedback mechanism from your team.
