Watch out when your spouse says this. Watch out if your spouse looks a certain way. These are clues for your lawyer to recognize the signs in the context of hearings. Those clues can tell your lawyer that the court is being manipulated. Boundaries have to be set when your ex-spouse starts acting a certain way. It must be approached head-on. The ploy is meant to distract the court away from what matters. The court cannot be manipulated like that.
