Try folding and crossing your arms like you usually would. If you do it two or more times, notice how you do it the same way. Now cross your arms again, this time the opposite way. And yes, unconsciously, you'll cross your arms as you did earlier. Doing it in reverse makes you feel awkward. This exercise is the perfect illustration of what happens when change is introduced and how we automatically react to the challenge of doing something new.   In this episode, we talk about getting creative with change and implementing it, leading to the path of least resistance and ensuring project success.
