Stacey Luces is a Best-Selling Author, Executive Coach, International speaker and President of FemCity International.
Stacey is the founder of Evolution Executive Coaching LLC and brings over 25 years of combined experience leading multi-million-dollar
projects, diverse national and international teams for Fortune 100 companies and Federal Agencies, management consulting, coaching C-suite executives, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to helping executive women and business owners in the Sandwich Generation (those taking care of young children and their aging/ailing parents) reduce stress, find joy, and build the life of their dreams - by conquering fears of failure and feelings of uncertainty.
She founded two successful businesses and brings an entrepreneurial spirit of innovation, energy, commitment, and creativity to her endeavors and is the co-author for the Amazon Best Seller, “We Rise in Power: Amplifying Women of Color and Her Voices for Change”, with a message designed to empower women with stories of resilience and success and is a sough after expert for podcasts, summits and international speaking engagements.
Having traveled extensively across the world and from growing up in a developing country, Stacey knows firsthand that empowering women through
coaching, education, mentorship, partnership, and advocacy can change lives, lift communities, and enable women to live up to their full potential.
She is the President for FemCity International and is also on their Inclusivity + Diversity Committee. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the UN Women USA, Miami supporting the mission towards gender equality of women globally by raising awareness and funds for programs which fight for women's economic empowerment, political participation and ending violence against women.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Stacey currently lives in Florida, with her husband Kevin, their children Alyssa and Adam and their energetic puppy, Luke Skywalker.
