A happy life is led by the heart. Have you experienced this? Your thoughts?
As a survivor of childhood trauma and cancer, Barbara Lamb
understands that a full and happy life is led by the heart. Barbara has focused
most of her adult life on building a successful career and raising her three children.
Always seeking the "reason," Barbara has
traveled the world and dove deep into a career, family, and creating the
quintessential perfect life. Still, at what she thought was the pinnacle of a
successful life, everything crashed, and her "full and happy life"
fell apart. Faced with a divorce after 18 years, a business that fell apart,
three children to finish raising, and losing everything, Barbara had hit
bottom. Life was redefined, and priorities were rearranged.
After several false starts, Barbara realized that she
needed to dig deeper, uproot deep-seated trauma, and rebuild her life from the
ground up, and that is what she has done.
Barbara currently lives in Miami and is ready to share
her story and help others to see that they are not alone. It is never too late
to heal and find happiness.
