This guided meditation is a more advanced level meditation, that focuses on deepening and strengthening your ability to be the detached and compassionate observer of your human-self. Being able to transcend the mind and stay steady in Conscious-Awareness is so important. From there, you can hold the space for your vulnerable reacting mind and lift it into your open heart, rather than be pulled into the reaction. This meditation helps you to strenghten your centeredness in your Awareness. This is essential for ongoing Mindfulness. I have left time at the end of this meditation with the background music still running for you to do your own practice.
