My guest this week is Stacey Justiniano. 

Upon graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, Stacey Behm, BSDN Nutrition Professional, found her passion in helping people become their happiest and healthiest selves. She has a holistic approach to nutrition, taking into account more than the food you are eating. Stacey is soon to become a Registered Dietitian, which requires an extensive dietetic internship, national board exam, and licensing. She is also a personal trainer who can assist in designing exercise regimens or training clients. Stacey is a weight-inclusive, nutrition professional, meaning no matter your weight or size, together you and her will focus on health from the inside out. She has an anti-diet mentalitv and aims to help create a well-balanced lifestvle that is sustainable and enjoyable!
