My special guest today is Christie Federico, and she is based over in California. Christie is a therapist, and in her line of work, she helps a lot of people who struggle with past pain and hurt, people who struggle to find their authentic selves, and are working to overcome past trauma. I think the work she does is empowering, by being able to listen and provide people with the necessary tools they can use to realign with their true selves and find healing through the process.
