In our second episode of season 3, we talk to Rashid Pandore. Rashid shares his teaching journey starting from Gloucester, South West England, and the Middle East. Rashid also talks about his passion as being a role model to make a difference to the community and changing cultural values.   

Short Bio.

Born and bred in the historic city of Gloucester, I felt stuck in a dead-end job until a single conversation triggered me to take action. I decided to go to university to get a degree before completing a  PGCE teacher training course. Finally, I felt I was making a difference, having a positive impact on the lives of young people. When the opportunity arose to take this influence to an international level... I took it!
