Today I sat down to talk about New Year’s Resolution. It takes more than just stating these are my said goals or achievements I want to reach; it takes discipline and integrity and commitment. One should have an honest discussion with self to find out what they need to improve or change. I learned over the years it’s hard to have goals if I don’t hold yourself accountable or lack integrity.
