NC deputies was serving a drug warrant on Andrew Brown's residence. They encountered him in his car trying to flee deputies. Brown served his car in their direction and they fired 14 shots striking him in the arm and in the back of his head. Body cam footage was released. No officers have been charged and it was ruled justified. Be safe everyone
