Jordan shares how his passion for cooking first began and the journey that led to building his unique culinary community.

We dive into his time in Italy, where he completed an intensive program focused entirely on pasta, and how that experience continues to shape the menus he creates today. Jordan also reflects on the restaurants and chefs that influence his work, but most importantly, he highlights the role his friends have played in supporting and inspiring him.
