Today, Whitney interviews her friend and collaborator, Dr. Kemi Doll. Dr. Doll is a gynecologic oncologist, health services and health equity researcher, and an academic coach for women of color. She works at the University of Washington in Seattle, one of the “hot spots” for Covid-19 cases in the U.S. Kemi shares what it’s like to work in a hospital during a pandemic, and offers strategies to prioritize projects and make work feel more manageable during this stressful time.
