I’m emelia, I am an twenty year old English student from London who loves film &amp; tv, books, journaling, travel and has recently started my health and fitness journey. 
I started my journey of self love,improvement and healing about a year ago and now I've decided that I want to share the next chapter with others to help you through your own journeys or just to provide some entertainment.
I will be talking about things that have helped me get to where I am now; such as journaling and meditation as well as being my best self, routines and habits and just general life stuff.
