In our first episode of Season Three, we meet author, coach, retreat leader, and forgiveness enthusiast Barbara J Hunt. Her first book – “forgiveness made easy” is designed to chart a path towards living without resentment. In her coaching and retreat work, Barbara helps people transform their relationships and reap mental and emotional benefits of forgiving both others and ourselves.
