Today we are talking about how to tap into a new industry. Breaking through and finding success in a market where you may not be the expert in can be scary, but very doable. The key to success when you're trying new things is being okay with hiring the experts and letting go of control.

This isn't a new concept. Many investors want a piece of the pie when they see an emerging market prove itself over time. Just because an industry is lucrative, doesn't mean everyone knows what they're doing. Finding quality mentors and hiring business coaches are what can make a difference in your company, especially when you have little to no background knowledge in a specific field.

A Little About Me:
I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
