Frank Todaro is a New York born,  L.A. based voice actor & actor.  He has voiced  the treacherous Starscream in several Transformers animated series & video games. He can also be heard as the adventurous, Mugman (brother of Cuphead) on, The Cuphead Show (Streaming on Netflix 2022). Frank provides creature sounds for various TV shows, movies & games.
