Matt Eberflus is fired and the Chicago Bears are moving on with Thomas Brown as their interim head coach. However, even the firing of Eberflus was not done correctly. This organization proves once again that they are subpar in so many ways.

Matt Eberflus broke the final straw with a botched timeout situation, but let's not forget the blocked field goal vs. Green Bay or the Hail Mary against Washington.

Eberflus deserved to be fired and it's about time the Chicago Bears make history!

George McCaskey needs to directly apologize to Chicago Bears fans for causing this problem and Ryan Poles needs to own up to the issues as well.

Kevin Warren cannot stay silent any longer either. Bears fans deserve better!

Caleb Williams at least looks legit and we will see who the next coaching candidates will be after the season ends.

Thomas Brown has a chance to show something, but hot names like Ben Johnson and Mike Vrabel come to mind.

Liam Coen or even Todd Monken might be another possibility.
