That's according to Ran Levi, producer of Israel's most listened to podcast, Making History.  Ran details some of the most common podcasting mistakes, including: self-deprecating hosts, using YouTube as a hosting service, and not catching the audience's attention in the first 30 seconds.  Ran also offers his thoughts of the future of audio content, one of on-demand audio outstripping FM radio consumption.
