In this episode Phil and Jen discuss the changes happening in the Evangelical Church. They talk about how according to a recent NYT article by David Brooks, the future of the Christian church is not going to look like the past and how many people are leaving the Church to keep going- not because they don’t believe in Jesus or have faith, but because they don’t believe the Church actually believes what it teaches. They discuss some recent social commentary about the current form and how the movement of the Spirit is like a river- it will always find a way forward.
