Welcome back to the FPL Lounge! Join Andy & Chris for their series of season preview podcasts, the FPL Lounge Long Weekend. In the second of four episodes ahead of the 2022/23 season, they focus on defenders, including a change of strategy towards defensive assets in 22/23, perhaps going big on the array of premium defensive options.

They do also look at some slightly cheaper options than the big hitters, though, including Tottenham's wing backs, Arsenal's mid-priced options, Brighton's budget defenders to capitalise on their friendly early fixture run, and the best £4.0m bargain enabler.
