Hecate is an artist living in the forests of the East Coast of the USA. Hecate is a neurodivergent, nonbinary, pansexual, feminist, Buddhist Witch. As a survivor of sexual assault and abuse she always felt very isolated, it was when she began connecting with other survivors that she began to make more progress with her personal healing and feel more empowered.
In 2019 Hecate created Finding OK, an intersectional healing podcast for survivors. Finding OK creates a space where survivors can hear from each other as they navigate post-trauma healing and feel less alone in their experiences. She and her partner of 12 years have a rambunctious rescue dog, a fluffy and very talkative cat, an abundance of art, and a concerning number of books.
