The end of 2023 was a whirlwind of change that set the stage for an incredible 2024. After being laid off from what I thought was my dream job and saying goodbye to a project I was deeply passionate about, I faced one of the toughest moments of my career. But instead of letting it hold me back, I took a leap of faith and gave myself the space to rediscover my purpose.

I dedicated a month to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—training harder than ever and preparing for a competition that reignited my love for the grind. That time on the mats wasn’t just about physical growth; it was about rebuilding my confidence and learning resilience through every choke, armbar, and roll.

As 2023 was ending, I found myself standing at the crossroads of my two passions—cybersecurity and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a renewed sense of purpose, I packed my bags and got ready to fly to Denmark, where I’d share my unique blend of skills and the lessons life had taught me along the way. This had unforseen setback and listens on knowing your audience.
