Today is part 1 of our 2 part series on what we're calling "self-regulation" ... AKA how to know if you actually need rest or if you're just being a little b*tch :)

In layman's terms, we’re speaking to the understanding of ourselves, our goals + needs + aligning our actions and behaviours to match.

In this first of two episodes on the topic, we're talking about what self-regulation is, and some of the various reasons why a lot of us have such challenges with it.

We dive into:

  • Ideas around motivation

  • Influence from social media

  • Procrastination vs. anhedonia

And some other considerations for your own self-regulating.

In our next episode/part 2 of this series, we'll go into some questions to ask yourself and some actions you can take to help regulate yourself + get shit done, even when you "don't feel like it".
