With so many technology advancements, AI being one of them, it has people wondering what this will mean for them and their jobs. Although AI (chatGPT and others) made a big splash, but it's not where it needs to be in order to replace people's jobs. Big tech companies have disrupted many industries. Enjoy!
Today, I'm joined by guest, Bob Hansen, founder of Simple.Biz. Simple.Biz is a network of local website designers that target specific goals for each business owner. With over 4200 clients, Bob Hansen has successfully created a formula that consistently delivers quality content. Hansen specializes in websites, landing pages, and SEO. He dives into how he uses chatGPT, jokes about VR headsets, and shares his knowledge on current technology trends.
The second guest is my son, Corben Hogan. He attended the University of Central Florida. Having a background working with WUCF, Corben worked closely with the campus' radio station. Corben now leads my back office, utilizing some of the best technology platforms offered today. He goes over his experiences with the evolution of tech while sharing his opinion on the future and landscape of tech.

A Little About Me:
I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
